Is captain marvel going to be the strongest avenger?

Just wondering where Her power level is compared to those such as iron man, thor, dr. strange, the hulk. If she supposedly is big enough to make a difference in a thanos fight I'm assuming shes pretty tough

Samuel L. Jackson let it slip in an interview that she was the strongest person in the upcoming film and that she can travel back in time.

She is definitely one of the strongest characters in the Marvel pantheon.

As long as shes not more powerful than strange. Imo hes still the most powerful character in the mcu. It actually made little sense how he couldn't defeat thanos 1 on 1

"Time Travel" and "It was just a dream" are two of the biggest cop-outs in storytelling.

It also seems people are going to confuse most important with "most powerful"
She is obviously going to play a huge role in End Game and probably be the key to defeating Thanos, most likely due to her ability to time travel.
Will that make her the "most powerful"? I guess that just depends on your perspective.
Ant Man is also going to play a huge role in End Game. I don't think anyone would argue that he is the "most powerful" though.

Thor is already pretty fricking powerful. Throw in Captain Marvel and a wounded Thanos and the Avengers should clean up shop.
