quote:

Maire, 40, was sentenced a month ago in U.S. District Court in Detroit after pleading guilty to a child exploitation enterprise. Prosecutors said he was the “mastermind” of an “egregious crime syndicate” that coerced vulnerable girls to engage in sexual activity on a website.

“They hunted girls. They lied to girls. They manipulated girls. ... And they did so repeatedly, for years, victimizing more than 100 girls

Well that will save some money.

What makes the other men's sin any less than the man they murdered?

Who are they to judge? Who are you to judge?

All sin is same in the eyes of the Lord.

Don't be such a troll. A person stealing bread to feed their family is seen the same by the Lord as someone molesting a child? What Lord do you pray to?

Wish they hadn't even had to wait a month.
Cops should have taken him down while they arrested him.

I don't see how anyone can be pleased with extrajudicial justice in prisons. Doesn't matter who the crappy victim is. Prison violence is a serious problem not a solution to anything.

In general I agree, but the world isn’t so black and white. Our justice system excludes the types punishments that actually fit such a heinous crime, so I’m happy the inmates stepped in to fill that void. Hopefully the child molester suffered before his departure.

Looks like they helped this guy get to his judgement a little quicker than he planned.

Too bad.
