I would say it is a stretch. Luck is definitely the better QB and just as athletic as Watson. People see Luck as soom goofy white boy but forget how fast, strong, and athletic he truly is.

The game is basically a toss-up. Maybe people just think Indianapolis has the better team right now. It's not that farfetched of an opinion.

Would Luck make the Texans better? Yes. Would Watson make the Colts better? I truly think no but they’d be the same type team and record. I hope that makes sense
