Positive news I hear:
Chelsea wants him
Liverpool wants him
Offering around 60 Mil for him

Bad news I hear:
He hasnn't been getting much playing time at BD.

These two don't add up.

As a young, promising American, he's a commercial money making machine for a Prem club whether he's good or not.

Him going to any top six club isn’t positive news

I disagree. I watch basically every game. He is still an incredible player for his age, but his development has stagnated a bit. Development isn’t linear, but he needs to improve his thinking, his passing, his movement off the ball, and especially his finishing. I think Klopp would be great for his development.

He should garner more time on the pitch with any club that's poking about. Cant help that a top 5 player in the world is in front of him, innit?

He happens to play in the same position as a guy putting up one of the best age 18 seasons in the history of the sport.

And it may be harder to make the starting 11 in the Dortmund attack on 2018-19 than it would at Chelsea, Bayern, or other traditionally higher profile teams.

He would be a squad player on any top six club right now that’s not going to improve anything you just said he needs to improve on

Germany is the best place for his development

He will play out of this rut and be fine

He'd start for Arsenal on the right side.

This is his biggest problem. He has lots of technical ability, but his movement is very static. He doesn't know how to move within zones or between the lines. It's always helpful for wingers to move beyond the ball when appropriate, and Pulisic hasn't developed that part of the game. That's also the last thing to develop for most wingers. It doesn't help that Sancho is so precocious, as he has it all and his wing play is instinctive. In comparison, Pulisic looks way worse. The truth is that most wingers won't develop until their mid-20's, and Pulisic has plenty of time to develop. I hope he goes where he can get the most playing time.

You don’t think Chelsea is a more high profile team than Dortmund?
