It wasn't last minute. Kean's clearly states that with VIP service if you bring your clothes in by 9 they will be ready by 5 on the same day. I was there by 8am this morning. So no it wasn't last minute. This was a case a chick stuck in a shitty job and not happy about being there. Maybe she was overwhelmed because it didn't appear that she had anyone else there working. But that's not my problem. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

It was her method of telling me that they couldn't do it today. What ever happened to customer service? I am reasonable guy, if she would have simply said hey we are down employees today and can't do it until Monday that would have been one thing. But when I said I needed today she just threw my clothes at me and walked away. That's when things got heated.
