Prior to handing over clothes:
You: "Hey, I really need these done by 5 today. They'll be ready right?"
Her: "Actually we're really backed up today and it probably wont be ready until Monday"
You: "Are you sure? I really need them today?"
Her: "sorry"
You: "That's okay, I'll try someone else"
Instead you acted like a jerk and now you're scared of a chick.
