OK. I have been going to that location for 15 years though I have never seen this employee in there before. I gave her my name which means that they have my address. Guy on phone threatens to kill me. I am more worried about him shooting up my house with wife and kids there although I think the possibility is remote but in todays world you never know.
I threw the receipt on the ground because what do I need a pick up ticket for if I have nothing to pick up.

Wow. Reading the responses from some of you has made me realize that I am the person at fault here. I should not have expected a place of business to be able to fulfill a service that they guarantee. I should have just let this employee disrespect me and go on my way to another dry cleaner. I may call and apologize.
