Is there no mall camera footage of this? I would think each store has a camera showing its front entrance at the very least.

You would think there would be store footage as well as mall footage. Shouldn't be that tough to see what happened.

Then again, there are idiots on the Rant who are disecting the Kragthorpe/Fisher video as if it's the Zapruder film.

I'm taking by your tone that your opinion is also established.
My question is this: if there is video to exonerate the cop and diffuse the growing unrest, wouldn't it be practical to release it now?
I'm just going to assume (but my mind is not certain) that any video they've seen is damning to the cop. At best, it will be a case that the black victim may have been brandishing his weapon.

This Is ridiculous protesting outside the Mayors house in Hoover.

He didn’t shoot anybody and he doesn’t hold the answers that they seek.

And this Carlos Chaverest dude really is a black eye to the black community. He is a race baiting cuck.

Maybe the city council are going to sue the cops for wrongful death of the armed assailant without having any legal standing to do so

ironically, if they did sue their own cops, that would be major evidence against themselves/the city, who is responsible for the cops.

Based on the locals here, an argument started between man A and man B. Man B pulled a gun and shot Man A and also shot a young white girl in the back. People scattered. A Hoover policeman working security at the Mall came to the scene of the shooting. He saw a Man C with a gun and shot Man C. Man A and young girl survived. Man C is dead. Man B disappeared.

There are no videos released to the public and as far as I know, there are no witnesses stating that Man C was ushering folks to safety or running. The only fact is he had a gun and was thought to be the shooter and was neutralized by a Hoover policeman.

The dog and pony show of protests and street blocking and the rest will continue because that’s the way it is when a black is killed by police.

I’m waiting for real, facts, the body cam video and any other videos that will be made available before I take sides. I’m all for justice but it must be factually supported.

That old school approach won’t cut it. We demand our rights to react, disrupt society and get paid for C-man getting lit up by the keystone cops.

I've tried to think about this for a while.

I have no prediction on who to believe..

But I first questioned why would he have a gun out if he wasn't involved.. and be running away from the action..

Then, I try and put myself in his shoes. Many of us probably have no idea how we'd actually truly act in the same situation. We may like to believe we know how until it does. I could see how if I was in a public mall, and what was perceived as a "mass shooting" (I recognize it ended up not being) but guns shots and people panicking.. I may run away and at the same time brandish my weapon for possible protection in case I saw some other shooters at different locations in the mall.

You have no idea what to expect in that situation.. Could be thinking it was a terror attack and they could be any where..

It upsets me that so often in the actual mass shootings (again I recognize this wasn't) that the killers often go away in handcuffs.. and aren't shot.. but then you have a guy running with a gun who is easily shot and even killed..

Frustrating.. and again, I'm not saying if he was or was not involved.

No. Hoover is a white flight suburb of BHM. It’ll be about as much of a GOPe stronghold than anywhere in the state.

Every news broadcast that I heard tell this story made it a point to say ‘a BLACK man was shot and killed by police officers’

Why?

Because everyone knows that white folks get free pretzels when they brandish their gun at the mall.

Neither did any store owners at the Galleria. They see a perfect opportunity to squeeze the City of Hoover for money. The Galleria needs people there shopping during this time of the year and the people heading up all of this know that.

They have the Galleria and City by the balls right now. Hoover should start arresting all of these people right now and put an end to it. Then when they are arrested we can see how many are out of state people or if this is in any way organic.
