Add another 50 hours to your week if you don’t have kids under the age of ten and get back to me about why you only spend 20 minutes working out instead of 52 hours per week.
I would still find time to lift. You don't want to do it, which while dumb is your choice, just don't make its something it's not. You can spend $50 and have the shite set up for in the morning and wake up a half hour earlier, it's not hard, you just don't want to.

Do they wear 40 jackets?

Sorry if it came out that way but you and your family are worth taking care of yourself.
Never mind. Nobody will ever agree. You are right. Anybody can find 20 minutes to exercise. And anybody that doesn’t Have a professional job with children will never understand the time constraints. Nobody wins this argument. I’ll try to take 20 minutes out of my day tonight and tomorrow morning. Sleep really is for the weak.

But I know far too Many people who- due to work and family obligations- simply don’t have time to get to a gym or work out at home
I can tell you with 100% certainly they could find 20 minutes a day to do a HIIT circuit

Again I’m sorry if it came out that way but I’m curious how much do you weigh and how tall?
Do you have any medical issues?

Exactly. Please exit stage left then. You have absolutely no idea how much time kids take. Not to mention the lack of sleep. Going to bed at a certain time and almost guaranteeing sleep that night is huge. Crap sleep 4-5 times a week wears on you.

For someone working 70 hour weeks you sure post alot. Your fellow associates must love you

I have lived with toddlers as an adult, I have an idea. I also know dozens of people that do have kids and can find time to exercise, be it at the gym or at home. The "you aren't directly involved in X, so you have no idea" narrative is stupid and typically used as a crutch for your own personal shortcomings.

I like to work 10 hours over 14 or 15 hours. I find my work is better not trying to grind for too long of periods.
And when I'm working that much I typically don't post. Working 55 or so hours over 7 days you still have plenty of free time.

I don't know if they love me, but they are more than pleased with my work product

Keep it up sparky, you'll make senior one day.

Summer internship at DOTD in 97. I was working out like crazy before a big rugby camp. DOTD accounting department being as you might expect, nobody gave a frick when I made powerbands out of giant rubber bands and duct tape. Fixed ends under feet of desk. Total upper body workouts all day long, while doing crossword puzzles and auditing asphalt truck tickets.

I understand what it takes to raise kids. I have two and was the primary caregiver to both and a handicap sister on top of working a full time job with OT. In my mind I knew I had to stay healthy both mentally and physically. I not only did this for myself but my children and family. You can’t take care of your children from the grave.
And I can’t believe I’m agreeing with that a-hole Mingo.

Jacket size has as much to do with size as it does weight. My paw paw was 6'6" and skinny as hell and wore a 50L. He probably didn't weigh 195.
