What's really dumb about them saying "I'll get a refund as soon as they receive it" is that they're responsible for shipping it back to themselves, as I never received it, and yet, when I return an item I have received, they issue the refund as soon as UPS scans it into their system. They don't wait until they receive it. This is some dumb shite.

as of about a week ago anything shipped through AMZL US is a shite show. my latest was delivered but shows as not delivered with this msg.

they shipped another item to the wrong address(supposedly). the replacement was lost and the 3rd one is due tomorrow.

The post office left a package by my mailbox on the road and literally took a picture and sent it to me saying secure. Didn’t hide it at all. Got home it was stolen. Shocking. Freaking idiot.

I've seen some amazon vans in new orleans. Anyone experienced problems with it there?

None of this is new. We stopped having amazon delivered to our house six years ago, shipped to work instead. We have since moved into nicer hood, no deliveries stolen yet.

If you dont want your shite stolen, move out of hood.

The problem is that the gps program linked to their scanner sucks. For a few weeks when they first started deliveries in the vans, they would deliver packages for our neighborhood one street over from where we actually are. So the neighborhood moms were constantly asking if someone got their packages by mistake. The good thing is that they started taking pictures of the delivery and would text it to you right away. I happened to stop the driver one day and showed her that she delivered our package to the wrong address and she drove over and got it. She showed me the scanner and sure enough it shows she was on a completely different street than where we were and our street shows as being on the other side of the pond behind our house.
I now see her pretty much every morning and she always tells me she keeps telling them the app is wrong but they still havent fixed it. As long as we get our packages, I can handle not having something immediately unlike most people who flip out over it being an hour late.
