So does that mean that I can't hate it?
I equate it to Crown Royal. It's not sophisticated, and others drink it, but somehow, Louisianians act like it's sacred.
I don't really care if it's played or not, but it's just a big "meh" to me.

I really hate neck. For lots of reasons. When I hear it, I feel like Louisianians really are garbage and I should go back to Boston or the northwest. But since I have a Louisiana accent, they think I’m garbage at first and it’s too much of a pain to constantly prove that stereotype wrong. They really do look down on southerners...trust me. I guess I fit in best here. All well. I hate neck and when my kids are old enough to go to the games, it will be awkward.

STTDB is not exactly my style of general purpose zinger. It feels awkward telling people (except for Gumps, OU or ND fans) that. Why would I demand someone fellate Mike the Tiger, instead of blowing me? Insanity I tell you! I yelled STTDB at one my neighbors and he had trouble even parsing it. But that's all irrelevant.

People talking about “it’s so trashy”
frick this is a football game.
There are opera concerts out there if you want high society.
People complain about the stadium losing is luster, look to the wine and cheese crowd. Always ruin the atmosphere.
