Doesn’t matter where the game is. Acadiana gonna get boat raced.
What is Zachary's defense like? Expect a run heavy offense, regardless from Acadiana. That is what the veer is, a really good offense for high school TBH.
3 common opponents all seem to point to Zachary having an edge, though we all know how well the transitive property works in football.

I'll be pulling for Acadiana but this game looks like it will be difficult, to say the least.

Go look through this season. They have a great defense and find a way to make enough plays on offense with Frank Monica’s scheming.

Watched Zachary last night, defense has good size and plenty of speed. They can handle Acadiana from what I saw.

Agreed the system is stupid. Looking at who STM has played I can promise SCC will hold them to fewer points, simply because they will run down the damn clock need be. Will they win is a different story. I will say 2 years back Calvary Baptist had a top 5 qb and rb in the state and they averaged 46 points a game and were blanked by SCC.
If anyone can out scheme them it will be SCC, because they sure as hell can’t out athlete them. Find it hard to believe anyone beats UHigh this season though.

Problem is that STM gets leads that forces running teams to try and pass. From there, games get out of control.

It’s not a ranking. It’s a mathematical seed. If LCA is too low, play and beat teams with more wins.

No. They don’t. They played 3 non District games. The difference came from LCA playing 1-9 Northside while VC played 6-2 Opelousas Catholic. The difference in power rating was 15.17 for VC to 14.97 for LCA. 3 seed vs 4 seed.
LCA’s non District opponents, or the ones they can actually choose to play, went 1-9, 1-9, and 4-5. They beat them 55-0, 56-0, 63-0.
Like I said, play someone worth a damn and you’ll get a higher seed. There’s no bias in the seeds. It’s simple math.

Acadiana will lose most likely but they will be pretty stacked the next few years.
