Against, because it seems to be the stupidest of all ways to determine nationality

If the mom isn't legally in the U.S., no.

One parent should at least be a U.S. citizen.

Of course, children of legal immigrants are conferred citizenship

Against, giving people a motive to have their kids in our country is a terrible idea. Legal immigrants should of course have their kids granted citizenship though

Anyone who is for it, well that's your prerogative. But don't use the constitution as your basis because it makes you look like a retard. Or at least a simpleton who refuses to do any research whatsoever.

I am AGAINST granting the children of illegals American citizenship. HOWEVER, since the Constitution grants that citizenship, I only want that provision changed legally and through the regular process required to amend the Constitution.

I agree with the President that it must end, but I don't agree that it be changed through an EO.

I have no problem with two parents living here that are in the process of applying for citizenship having a baby born as a citizen.

Against. If your parents aren’t citizens and you were born here then neither should you be a citizen

Against... for the same reason almost every other nation rejects it. Sovereignty means you get to select who gets in and who doesn't.
