I personally love the brunch buffet, but then again, I'm a glutton. I always leave fat and happy. It ain't cheap though.

Muriel’s in Jackson Square has a great brunch. Thought it would be a tourist trap when we went the first time. Been a few times now for Sunday brunch and always enjoy it.

It's kind of cool with the patio and the the ambiance, but the food is not good. Has not been for some time

I’ve been and wouldn’t go back. I went in August or September and they sat us out on the patio. It was hot as hell. I was dripping sweat on my food.

I made that mistake once. Nice space, but the food was sub-par, especially for New Orleans.

I had Court of Two Sisters last time I was in town, it was the worst meal I’ve e er had in New Orleans. Until I went to the Rib Room the next evening, holy shite. The Rib Room was the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Inedible

No shite? The room is awesome, too bad they can’t run it correctly. Ive had good brunches there...but eggs benedict is pretty damn easy and we drink a shite load.

I got some kind of fried goat cheese and beet salad. The beets were out of a can and chopped up. Not one steak was cooked to proper temp, the rib that we got was too tough to gnaw thru. We ordered three bottles of wine they brought out a different bottle than we ordered all three times.

The scallops were rotten for app

That was the highlights

There was literally not another person in the restaurant at 730 on a Thursday

La Pavillion hotel has a great brunch. A little pricy but good, with a piano. 5 min walk to Dome.

The food is OK. Not bad, but nothing you'll find yourself craving for a couple of months later. I'd suggest either Muriel's or Brennan's based on my limited brunch experiences in NOLA. All of those options aren't really what I'd call walking distance to the dome, but maybe I'm just a lazy, fat frick.

Both of these are hard to beat and a coin toss in my opinion.

Broussards was running a $12 all you can drink Mimosa special for a while - not sure if they still are.

Stanley's is good, right next to Muriel's. Atchafalya but that's not walking.

I walked into the one in Metry for lunch a few times when I was working out there. I was impressed. I love the duck and mushroom gumbo.
