So... LSU not worried about the cost of fans rushing the field... duly noted...

I knew we shouldn’t have contracted them out to FEMA.

Okay. . . After reading a Forbes article and seeing more and more about these uniforms on NBC and other media outlets I'm beginning to hate this uniform less than I did. Actually, I'm starting tot like this one as a one game special look. Wonder if it will be possible to attain one of these helmets and jerseys from this game. (More appropriately, can I possibly afford one without hitting that huge Power Ball lottery!)

You could paint a school bus with a couple cans. No near as obscene as paying a coach 7 million

Everything LSU does is first class.

Important point in the article is that LSU has turned down many alternate designs in the past.

The whole thing is dumb. First, we have the greatest uniforms in college football, but we're wasting money and resources on gimmicks. Second, during pregame, the guys will be more focused on the uniforms than their opponent. They need to be 100% focused on Moo State.

If they're gonna do something stupid like this, then do it against Rice. Frick Nike.

The whole combo looks stupid and ordinary, but with sparkly, gay helmets.
