That is the corrective safe guard.
It doesn’t matter how cheap or efficient your lines are if no one has money to buy your goods.
One way or another the job market will adjust: either by demand in other fields or by UBI.

We are in the infancy of AI. I have no idea where we will be by 2030, but I don't think this is as far fetched as it sounds.
Think about the past 20 years. How far have we come from 1998 - 2018. Who knows where we will be in 12 years.
