Here are mine. I was pretty intoxicated during the game and still am so apologize if this whole thing is stupid and incoherent.

- our secondary is good, really good. They absolutely smothered Georgia’s WRs all game. Kary Vincent and Kristian Fulton are getting better every game and played their asses off tonight.

- Devin White and Jacob Phillips are a hell of a pair. White has got to be the fastest LB in the country. Phillips needs to improve on evading/getting off of blocks but he is a stud.

- Offensive play calling was good. I think we only punted 4 or 5 times tonight. Slants with our monster receivers is deadly.

- Red zone offense has got to improve. This game should have been worse than it was.

- Cole Tracy is money.

- Jeontre Kirklin: i know it wasn’t much that little shake on the spot just makes me think he could be a weapon with the ball in his hands. At the very least PR/KR. You can keep Giles for fair catches in our red zone but He is zero threat with ball. When the opposing team is trying to flip the field, let’s try someone else. Preferably Kirlin.

- Stephen Sullivan and Clyde Edwards-Helaire standing beside each other is a comical sight in person.

- The big men in the trenches dominated tonight. Good pass blocking and great run blocking by the OL. Those big tush hogs on the DL pushed around Georgia’s OL leaving White and Phillips free to shut down that vaunted Georgia rushing attack. Pass rush was better, still not great. We’re going to have to Pull out all the stops and pin our ears back against Tua or he will pick us apart.

- Joe Burrow. Moxie. He’s got it.

- The replay person needs to be fired now. Right now. Several times today when a play was under review, the fricking McDonald’s symbol and Winn Dixie were on the Jumbotron instead of the play being reviewed. As well as several other big plays throughout the game.

- why weren’t we letting my time more time bleed of the clock early/mid 4th quarter tonight? We were up like 26-9 and snapping the ball with like 15-20 seconds left on the play clock.

- props to Georgia fans. That is by far the most opposing fans I’ve ever seen in TS. They were loud as hell, for a little while anyway. Everyone I spoke with were nice and polite with just the right amount of trash talk (as they always are). One even paid for my coke when I finally made it to the front of line and realized my gf had my wallet.

- I’ll probably be crucified for this, but was it just me? Or was it not very loud in the stadium? I figured a game like this it would have been deafening. Not even in the top 10 loudest games in TS imo.

- also, idk about y’all but it seemed like there good looking women everywhere today. Like more than usual. Idk but i liked it.

Today was a damn good day to be a Tiger. Everything went our way today. Perfect weather, no injuries that I can think of, and a sho nuff best down on the #2 team in the country.

Burrow is a leader and a warrior out there

our receivers are stepping up and getting more in sync with him

Our offensive line manned up after last week

Our coaching staff earned their pay and prepared the team to play

Burrows is the game manager we need. Statistically not great, but very smart in his decision making and will continue to improve.

We have a two headed monster at RB as neither IMO has separated from the other.

O-Line is getting better but really need to clean up pre-snap penalties( 2 false starts on LT that I can recall)

Wide receivers are really stepping up. Had the drops early but seem to be doing much better. JJ, Chase and Marshall had good games.

D-Line did well. Got pressure several times with just 3. These guys are the key to making the secondary really good with their ability to move the QB off his spot even if they don’t get the sack.

LB’s are really good. Ability to contain Fields and stop the running game were impressive.

DB’s are pretty good as well and getting better weekly.

Play calling was the best I’ve seen yet and really like not being predictable.

Aranda continues to earn his check as he dialed up blitzes at the right time and even if we didn’t get to the QB, it caused him to move his feet and force a bad throw or get rid of it quicker than he’d like to have.

Cole Tracy is the man and is a difference maker.

Overall, impressive win against a highly ranked team.

I know there are still a lot of people not sold on O but I defy anyone to point to aspects of this team that indicate anything other than a very well coached team. No stupid penalties, improvement week to week, effective adjustments before and during game, playing with emotion, great ST, clock management, TO management

And he and the staff are doing all this with a team full of new starters. Best coaching I've seen at LSU in many years.

- Burrow makes good decisions. That includes pre-snap. The RPO and trust in him should continue and increase. The RPO pass I have yet to see, WRs step up I think we will.

- D is vulnerable to run with lead blocker straight ahead. DL is sucking up blockers like they should, but LBs aren't meeting that lead in the hole, they are meeting that lead out of the hole. It's worse if the DL penetrates, the gap becomes wider and LBs can't control it and have to stand back. E.g. Holyfield tonight and Stewart last week.

- glad CEH has his 'feel' now. Now his skill set can shine. Would love to see pro-set with CEH/Curry or Brossette/Curry just because of the potential in passing game, and get Curry 'safety blanket experience'.

- Note all RBs ball security. Thank you T Rob.

- Freshman WRs play like So, So/Jr WRs play like Freshmen. Neither are ideal. They are coming along, but not enough for my tastes. I say Chase or Marshall, at a minimum one of the two, need to be on field at any given time. Like how they are moving Dillon around; I know he had a drop, but he is moving safeties. Keep doing that, with more success he'll change how DBs are pre-snap playing us.

- OL... take next lines with grain of salt, I'm always hypercritical of them. Overall good job tonight, so I feel bad about being critical but I can't resist.
~ STILL getting out of stances slow. And it is not consistent. Deculus was bad about it tonight.
~ Magee was blocking well, but blew some assignments.
~ Hines was not blocking as well, but very well. Didn't blow assignments.
~ Charles seems somewhat inconsistent, about a 5:1 ratio. Think injury is still bugging him... maybe.
~ Cush called an excellent game. Had trouble getting to LBs tonight, but excelled getting DL out of hole.
~ Can't say enough about Traore in short yardage. For being 6'7" he is tough on submarining DL.
~ Moore doesn't do shite in short yardage; just send him in routes. Do not motion him into hole.
~ 3 man slide works much better than 7 man slide.
~ Deculus can't pull fast enough. And he has a tell. See it now, UF did too. Other teams will also, including Chavis and Bama.

Good point. Two penalties all day. Ran the ball 50 times and I don’t thinking we had a single holding call.

I'm one of those that will never be 100% happy. I always see the room for improvement. But that doesn't mean I will always be unhappy... just at a max of 95%.

Having said that, other than nitpicking some squad's performances (e.g. WRs) and some schematic stuff (e.g. being predictable with formation vs. play), this has been a good coaching job for all the reasons you mention.

Even the stuff one can nitpick, you see work being done. That is a coaches job. Coaches aren't supposed to produce a perfect team. Coaches are supposed to be the nitpickers and improve things... yes- even in victory. I see enough of that to say 'good coaching'.

If it continues, or accelerates, then it may become 'great coaching'. I'm not there yet on the 'great' part. I will say 'good' however, with confidence.

All this needs to backed up with recruiting. For example: Yes, we're short on talent on the OL. Let's improve that. Good coaching is making the best of it. Let's apply that good coaching to great talent and make everybody happy.

One thing of note: I see buy-in everywhere. I see confidence most everywhere. Yeah, it's kind of easy when you're 5-1 or better. But tonight was a response to ourselves and the lackluster performance, both sides of the ball, in the Swamp. That's buy-in. That comes from the coaches with a boost, one must note, from strong leadership at the QB position.

Bingo. Phillips is bad about letting the blocker come to him rather than fill the whole while taking on the blocker. You’d think this would LB class 101 but maybe he’s just not diagnosing the play quickly enough

Hopefully as they play more together, they’ll get better as this. Playing a diff set of guys every week makes it hard them to do more complex blocking schemes

Biggest take away for me was the play of the offense line. Georgia had a very good def line coming into this game and off line mad handled them especially in the second half. Our play calling was very good, both offensively and defensively

Of course it gets overlooked but FIELD POSITION was huge. Our punters and Avery Atkins were gold.

I also noticed more than once our receivers opened their inside shoulder to the QB on corner/flag routes. It caused one receiver to lose the ball trying to turn his head around. That is basic route running 101.

Burrow missed a couple of easy TDs as well. receiver got behind the defender twice and was led just a hair.

Maybe the receiver slow on the timing. Overthrow better than underthrow
I know Terrace Marshall got to one of those - thing of beauty. TM needs more playing time

Great post. The most complete game from the Tigers in a long, long time. A great team win for all; players, coaches & the fans in Tiger Stadium.
