And every time I go out in my backyard now, I smell cigarette smoke.

I’d like to mind my own business as they are on their own property, but when I am constantly smelling their cigarette smoke on my property, I feel like I shouldn’t have to put up with that.

And I’m not talking about just sometimes... it’s literally ALL DAY. Like they are tag-teaming chain-smokers.

What is the opinion of the OT?

Move to Cuba.

More smoking but less freedom. It will work out.

Neighborhood petition. Start gathering your signatures for non-smoking own backyard rule.

Buy acreage next time.

Hell, just 1 acre would have solved this issue for you.

You should 100% tell people what they can and cannot do on their own property

They sit right by the fence in their backyard... so the smoke comes into my yard as if they are smoking in my yard.

If they just moved to a different spot in their backyard it probably wouldn’t be a problem.

Do you have a dog? If so be sure to poop-scoop that shite so that the fan blows the stank in their direction. They should eventually take the hint.

Sounds like you need one of those over reaching HOAs to handle this for you.
