Yeah, a show that portrays a great father that loves his family well and the significant impact that the loss of that father can have on a family is old fashioned and lame. We need more shows with idiot fathers, gay fathers or better yet just throw the father out altogether.

Shes the worst part of the show. Shes always crying about her weight or her problems
plus the show wanted her to do a surgery for the show and she declined because she loves her body. Shes morbidly obese

No melt here. The show can go for the cheap emotional shot a little too often. However, it makes me want to be a better dad. There aren’t many shows now a days with that kind of a redeeming quality. I’m not shamed to watch it. It’s a guilty pleasure of mine a guess.

Guys actually watch this show? I thought it was a chick show. I watched a few eps, but I'm not into being emotionally manipulated EVERY SINGLE WEEK.

From the previews it appears to be a who’s who of tv actors whose 15 minutes of fame were up long ago.
I can safely say I have never and will never watch it. Looks like a night time soap opera.
