Hunted out of Gueydan this weekend Saturday and Sunday. Killed 20 on Saturday and 11 today with 4 hunters.

If we could shoot straight on Saturday probably could have had our limit. Oh well got to drink beer and eat well

How did everyone else do?

Hunted near pine island Saturday and Sunday with a 7man group. Quick limits both days. It was a great weekend.

3 Limits Saturday done by 7...only 4 today. We were sitting at 8 ducks at 7 am when a group of about 15 came in...3 of us killed 8 ducks with our nine shots to finish the limit. Lots of high fives in that blind!

Hinted today in Garwood tx. Pretty slow at our blind but we watched them stack up in another area so we set up a hunt on the edge of the pond at 9:30 and quickly started getting groups...killed 14. Tons of rain in Texas prairie and along the coast in recent days and weeks has given them so many places to go...birds are spread out.

Any reports from east side of state? Me and the boy were going to bayou sauvage but decided against it based on duck numbers.

We did relatively well killed two man limits both days first day by 645, second day hunted until about 8. However everyone around us struggled, not many teal in our area except in a few pockets.

hunted south of Gueydan Sat morning and shot a 4 man limit. It was a good hunt and felt good to be back in the blind.

Pecan island was spotty. Seven hunters over two days killed about 25 in the marsh.

We were not expecting much and we ended up doing decent, so we were happy.

How far south, because we did not hear a lot of shots to the south. We hunted about 3 miles south of Hwy 14.

Congrats that is good hunting

scouted Saturday evening due to having work that morning. Saw 3 teal. Sunday morning seen several hundreds in the area, but they wouldn't work. Seems like more are starting to show up down here.

Hunted in Gueydan on both Saturday and Sunday. Alot of birds on Saturday but saw a fraction of the birds on Sunday and heard the same thing from Kaplan to Hackberry. Heard SELA sucked all weekend too

Any reports from southeast side this week? Boy wants to go if there is at least a remote chance we can kill a couple.
