Something hip and inventive that combines references to basic essentials needed or otherwise received at a restaurant while simultaneously evoking a return to basic farm to table goodness. Something like "Fork and Table" or "Bread and Air" or "Water and Entree".

I also like names that are definitive statements that don't make any sense, like "Dining Table is Toast".
