NC Flood Inundation Mapping and Alert Network
LINK
Nice interactive site to monitor flood in real-time. The estimated water inundation depth and damages are a nice, but in this case sobering, feature.

This is great fun. I work on Pope Army Airfield and I am most likely going to be trapped at work because the Air Force are a bunch of artards.
I live North of Lillington and I live 1 mile from Cape Fear River... I will not have an open road to get home as the rivers are expected to crest tonight and it just poured 5 more inches on base.
Fun times.
Given that I am from St. Amant this is an all too familiar feeling for me.

So when Joyce turns around is it going to pick up steam as it heads to the US?

Can't imagine that will be all with the waters rising all over the state of NC.
