Chaisson shouldn't have needed to be in the game.

Game should have been wrapped up and he should have been resting comfortably on the sideline. But no we went conservative and tried to run the game out allowing Miami to make a push at the end.
This is why you put an opponent away when you have the chance and get your starters out of the game.
Now this kids future has taken a hit and hopefully he will bounce back.

Come on man. We all feel for him - but injuries happen. There's nothing you can do about it. He could've torn his ACL getting off the bus. The rest of the teams on our schedule aren't going to feel sorry for us because we lost a key player.. team has to keep trucking.

it wasn't just the offense...had we not gotten conservative defensively he wouldn't have been in either

I didn't like the conservative play calling either, but you could have said that about any LSU defensive starter at that point. Why not take White, Phillips, Lawrence, greedy, Delpit and Fulton out of the game as well?

Agreed injuries do happen and can happen anytime but anthony and moore should have gotten some reps either way.

You can't arm chair quarterback injuries. They are part of the game and will always be part of the game.

why not? It was a 2 score game with 6 minutes left and they had just scored on like 2 of their last 3 possessions.
It sucks that he tore his acl man but Miami had drove down and scored on backups that drive you'd be saying O should've had the starters in
