re: Passing Game Coordinator

Coach E called the majority of the plays...brady brought the idea of the saints offense to the tigers..his big contribution though was the way he worked with the receivers on catching and route running. Coach E isnt just going to forget what we ran last year, there is a reason he was sleeping in the office 3-4 nights a week. Like sean payton said all the film on saints is available toLSU...its knowing what defense is throwing out there and what play to call which coach E did not brady.
Most likely no...hard to say he was just avg at nebraska too as a HC... 67-27 as HC

Brady did not invent some new type of offense. He was great and LSU did what they did because of him but it’s not like his knowledge is not well known through a lot of coaches that LSU could get to replace him. He was just the one that introduced it to LSU and was very good at that.

Exactly..even sean payton said the film is there for LSU on the saints to use. Coach E has the no how...brady wasn't sleeping at his office 3-4 nights a week...i would say it would be good to keep DJ though since he does know how brady operated especially on helping the receivers catch.

As great as this sounds, it's not nearly that simple anymore. Offensive coordinators are pretty innovative now. An average team running bunch schemes with pick plays into this type of coverage will tear it apart while looking like world beaters. Not to mention, with how much the defense is on the field now due to the explosive offense, playing this type of defense will exhaust the players in the first half. Aranda was smart to implement complex zones into his scheme.

This is why i have my doubts of bo or any older successful coordinators. Loved bo but explosive offenses are the name of the game now

lol didn't know it was that easy to go to a team...just have your agent represent other players on that team...mind blown!

What about D’Eriq King? He reminds me of Kyler Murray.

King already went to Miami.

Brennan def has the arm and talent to do well. I'm just not sold on his leadership and confidence yet, still looks a little indecisive back there.
He's been the DB coach for almost a decade...i think hes pretty comfortable where hes at and likes to work with them closely...and clearly has had success so would be confident to say that interest has been shown to him before.
He deserves it..he was the unsung hero of the game and if you look at the celebrations he was mostly by himself. He deserves alot of credit....that said baylor after rhule is not the place to go for him
I honestly don't think that Texas game was necessarily fair on the outlook of it. It was the offenses first real game and by far the defense's first game...georgia southern running triple option did nothing for the defense. They were tired 2h..conditioning has improved every game..
Pretty sure they will have the news and helis on them like 2011... better
Think K'Lavon is the x factor..hes finding his groove and looks focused
Clemsons trash talk is pretty bad....they are even relying on lebron giving beats to osu curse lol
It'll be an emotional for sure...long time coming... i would have said no beginning of season but even burrow speech almost got me.

Him being hurt is 100% the reason why Chase won the Biletnikoff

I'd say had to do alot with Jefferson too..teams having to pick their poison and jefferson was our most experienced and name
He's the worst...9 or 10 weeks in he had a argument with spears that lawrence has had the better year. I don't get how you can be a professional and legit say that...
Would love to be a fly on the wall on venables trying to figure out schemes for them... Who do you double team?!
quote:

Doubt it. He was passing up 28 in the 4th vs OU. Hence his inflated stats.

inflated stats? lol what...his stats were all in the 1h. Even the espn fans know that
quote:

This is why I hope LSU can run up the score on Clemson. If it's a close game, there will be commentators everywhere suggesting Ohio St. would have won.

Agreed but even with a blowout they will say a bad offsides call or something.

OU fans "refs screwed us" refs def blew that no call on that PI but you lost by 35... lol
quote:

And whatever you do, don't mention the UNC game, they literally pretend that game never happened.

When mentioning UNC though you can see they really have no
real answer to it..love it

Ohio state fans "SEC refs knew clemson would be an easier game"
quote:

My favorite rights now is that LSU is a one hit wonder that will fail because they have no championship experience and Clemson has been there...

This one got me thinking and a little proud. They don't think we have had players in the NC that are very involved with LSU talk to to these players daily? Who does clemson have to talk to their guys?
Haven't thought about that but if we are up double digits and we call timeout for joe.....i just got chills thinking about it.
