Who is the most famous person born and raised in Baton Rouge?

Or at least raised, started school here? It could go back as far as you like. So people like Shaq as Brittney Spears don't count.
We were having this discussion last night at work.
We were guessing the top three are probably Stormy Daniels (because of her recent fame, not porn fame), Bobby Jindel (but many people outside LA have forgotten who he is), and Randy Jackson.
