Red and black. They were awesome and I proudly wore them.. would ride my diamondback bike pretending to be a bmx biker for whole summers

...never had parachute pants, though.

I never wore them, but a close friend was buried in a black pair in '84. Teenagers then. I would have if my old man hadn't had good sense and refused to buy "that stupid looking shite".

I absolutely did, I had a different color for every day of the week back when I was in old Metairie 82-84. Pops got married to a new one and we moved to Clinton...to say I did not fit in well would be an understatement.

Yup, Michael Jackson red and the navy pairs. Red bandana on the ankles with wrestling shoes. Collar popped on my polo or cocacola rugby shirt. Ocean Pacific and spuds mckenzie made the wardrobe as well. Fresh dope yo!!
