man, this shite is annoying and life ruining. been in since last summer. This is so expensive , it's a racket, Where does all this money go. The breathalyzer is a annoying and kills my car too. Angelwood was a rip off. 300 to talk to me for 5 minutes..

Yes. It is.
I've seen cases where the D.A. was willing to drop a pot charge if the defendant was willing to go to a free A.A. type program. The judge threw it out and made sure they went through the paid probation system instead.

Yeah it’s a pain in the arse but it’s for your own good. Hell you may even learn your lesson. A lot of people don’t learn their lesson. I wish I had a breathalyzer in my car permanently. Once you get used to blowing in it it isn’t that much of a pain in the arse.

I had to after being a drunken idiot in Tiger Stadium my first game back after graduating.
Paid the fee, never did the course, and still got the certificate... I guess it's just buying a "get out of jail free card".
