I should have said you don’t have to put it in the gumbo. I serve my gumbo over rice like anyone else and occasionally make potato salad and have it on the side to dip. So I can have a bite with or without the potato salad.

I am not a huge ice cream person. There are way better desserts to me than a scoop of ice cream.

when i make that homemade recipe i can go through 5-6 bowls and have to force myself to stop.
