Don't think because I am down on Canada that I'm an O lover if that's why you asked the question.
Canada is a proxy for the O hating simpletons. If you hate O you love Canada and they think that anyone that was displeased with that crappy trickbag offense must love O. There’s no middle to these fools.

I wonder how long it'll be before you guys turn on Ensminger.

Absolutely better. Burrow more of a gamer than Etling. I can promise you that RB will not be as much as a drop off as u think. CEH is similar to Guice and I think Curry will slowly take the load of of Ceh. He’s 5-11 220 but can cut n run as good as anyone. Not a burner but good vision & hips make up for it

Based on the greater number of starts that he's had over Etling?

This ranks up there with your dumb Green Bay statement in the other thread. You must have to remind yourself to breathe on occasion.

2016 with lesser RBs and a better QB
So we’ll blow out Southeastern, struggle with bama.

Solid post imo. People aren’t talking about Drake Davis much but they should. He’s always been a physical WR with great speed. He just needed Time to mature and learn how to be a Wr. He’s always had the ability to be great. I think this year is his time. He’s had a great spring and hopefully the coaches get the ball in his hand.

I think He looked better than Jefferson and Giles
He got open consistently and made multiple big plays.
Jefferson ran for most of his yards on that one TD where Greedy gave up on tackling him.

Don't think the offense will be the exact same as 2016 though.

I think you will be better on offense. I think both your Tigers and my Vols are in a similar situation this year.

in this year's scheme, if the qb Who starts isn't an accurate qb.... that offense is screwed and we lose 5 or 6 games

A big portion of the fan base thinks the O hire was a bad & lazy hire by our AD, obviously.....I personally am still ecstatic that Les was finally fired and will pull for O to do well, whereas others want him to fail so that both Ed and Alleva will get fired.
This season is make or break for Ed and Joe. The offense has to look like a real offense. Too many years of a boring arse shite show of an offense...All the new talent needs to be the real deal. D should be special, we hope. We'll see soon.

New RPO system.
Not even one week ago, Orgeron said, “If you’re thinking about what we’re going to do at LSU, we’re going to be a spread offense mainly from three wide receiver sets, four wide receiver sets, sometimes five.”
What’s your source for LSU running an “RPO system?”

Just listened to his media day interview, that's almost verbatim what he said. At no point did he mention RPO.
From my understanding spread option is a primarily run-dominant offense and O says he wants to be more 50/50. Would seem counterintuitive to force a 50/50 split from a spread option as you're ideally going with what the defense gives you.

If Burrow is really good and the WRs are really good, then the offense could be much better. But truthfully, LSU is almost completely unproven at every skill position on offense, so we have no clue what they will do in a real game against SEC teams.

Depends on the oline, if the oline is better, we will be better, if they are worse, then qb and scheme don't matter.

We aren’t running a “spread option”.
“You look at my first game that Coach O asked me to play. We had more RPOs in there. We had a regular personnel and all of a sudden they had a corner covering a fullback and a linebacker covering our receivers. You can’t do it all. But you can run out of three wides and still throw the ball deep. Every personnel we get in, I plan on being able to throw the RPOs and throw intermediate pass routes. You have to be able to do it all out of that personnel. Defenses are too good nowadays. It doesn’t matter what personnel we’re in. We’re going to throw the football, we’re going to run the quick game and throw it over their head.“
