Once the keeper of many of Mr. Trump’s secrets, Mr. Cohen is now seen as increasingly willing to consider cooperating with prosecutors.

Illegal and not admissible in court. This spells major trouble for Cohen. While Trump won't find any legal trouble over this, whatever is on the tape will get leaked out and cause a PR issue.
