Congrats liz18lsu on winning this week's POTW.

As for as mindless activities. I think I can put shuffling cards up there, I love to have a deck of cards in my hand and just play different games by myself. I will deal out as if 4 or 5 people are playing texas holdem, turn over each and and just see how it will play out.

But my top mindless activity would probably be cleaning something. I like to take something and give it a good cleaning, it can be anything. A hat, something on my desk, etc.. And I will get it to look brand new.

Can't really say many of the activities I do are mindless as they require concentration and a certain amount of intellect to do right.

I like to do crossword puzzles, especially in the a.m. with a cup of coffee and the morning paper. I love to play darts, and to do it well there is a lot of concentration and accurate counting involved.

Probably the most mindless thing I do is sometimes be a couch potato and watch TV. Golf on a Sunday afternoon is just what the Dr. ordered for a good nap.

I'm no gamer, but 30 minutes of FIFA or something before I go to bed is good decompression. Often while listening to an audiobook.
