Fried up a few eggplant from the garden to got with spaghetti and meatballs and a garden salad with home grown tomatoes, cucumber and Cajun Belle peppers
One was a black beauty and two others were Japanese eggplant.
No plating for me. Still having stomach problem since last week.

I made fried rice for the family. The kids don’t like it but hopefully they will someday.
A different project got tackled tonight. My first try at Limoncello.
I need to let it set in the fridge to cool off but the first sip warm was really good. We will see how this plays out.
