Married Life from Up is the best montage ever made. Nothing else comes close.
You stole my animated movie thunder here but
"Let's Get Down to Business"
from Mulan is top 10 GOAT.

I get chills just thinking about the Hearts on Fire montage.
I tried and failed to convince my wife to produce a wedding montage showing us training for our wedding a la Hearts on Fire. I even offered to let her pick whether she wanted to be Rocky or Drago and still no dice.
Hearts on Fire is the most epic for me. It's also great in the sense that it's directly after another musical training montage and there's only about 30 seconds of dialogue in between.

You're the Best - Karate Kid
This and second isn’t in the same galaxy for me. Second is definitely HoF though.

Bottle rocket scene in the cold storage facility where Dignan is trying to escape ... Rolling Stones 2000 man playing

Rocky is a separate standalone category. Not fair to the rest of the movie montages.
Karate Kid is pretty damn solid too.
Good list but I would add Scarface Push It To The Limit. I know Scarface is no longer loved but when it came out it was awesome.

It's not tGOAT by any means but the one from Hitman's Bodyguard when Salma Hayek was stabbing dudes with bottles in slow motion to Lionel Richie "Hello" while Samuel L was watching on was pretty well done

Wasn’t Rocky IV one solid montage?
