High level CrossFit employee fired for saying LGBT pride is a sin

This is a problem conservative Christians are going to face. I am seeing more and more people having to hide their political and social beliefs.
I have a friend that is a C-level executive at a Mid sized company. He was asked to donate to an LGBT cause and did everything he could to avoid it until he was point blank told it wasn’t optional. He kept his job but he knows it will come around again at some point.

Christians just need to start boycotting in mass like they used to.

Let your friend know the economy is on the upswing, bigly.
Seek.
Employment.
Elsewhere.

You must pay tribute to Fundamentalist Leftist orthodoxy. If you make a mistake we will reeducate you. If any other violations occur, you will be fired to make way for a more Progressive employee. Kneel before your new God.

That's against the law. A company cannot compel an individual to donate their wages to anything. He needs to file a complaint with his HR.

Ironic considering cross fit is very much a religion.

How is that legal? Forcing someone to give their own MONEY to an organization with the threat of termination held over their head?
Tell your friend to contact an attorney. Seriously.

I’m great with treating everyone the same. They don’t want that, as has been proven time and again.

Is it just me, or does nothing in the OP match the thread title?

The only reason this thread isn't being downvote to shite is because it is pro-Christian + victim complex.

Or tell him to quit telling tall tales.

I'm guessing that your friend was instructed to make a donation of company money to an LGBT Group? This would make sense.
But, as others said, if they're instructing your friend to donate personal monetary earnings to a charity that is not of your friend's own choosing- there's going to be some legal basis for a lawsuit there...
