GG: Orgeron didn't tell Burrow he would start

I think he's playing semantics. No guarantee given but he knows the job is his to lose.

Exactly. Burrow had all of the leverage in the situation and did not HAVE to go to a school that wouldn't guarantee him the starting spot. Burrow did not have to leave OSU to "compete for the job." He left because he wants to be a starting QB and I doubt he wanted to go some place where he would be in the same situation he was in at OSU, i.e., "competing" for the job.

Regardless of what you read or what Ogeron may say, it's Burrow's job to lose.

I already posted a topic on what Orgeron told Burrow. Only thing that has changed is it looks like Brennan is not going to consider transferring, which is great for him and us.
