OMG!!! what a shite show this is!

quote:

During the hearing, the judge asked the attorney representing Concord Management if he was also representing Concord Catering. The attorney for Concord Management explained that he is not because the indictment contains the ‘proverbial ham sandwich’.

The reason the Concord Management attorneys called the case a ‘proverbial ham sandwich’ was because one of the entities indicted by the Mueller team, Concord Catering, was not in existence at the time the crimes were alleged to have taken place.

quote:

Attorney for Concord Mgmt:

The gov't has "indicted the proverbial ham sandwich."

"That company didn't exist as a legal entity during the time period alleged by the gov't."

Kickadawg has been all over a catering company being indicted. He said it meant something big. He won't like this at all.

Wow. This is beyond an amateur mistake by a guy who used to be head of the FBI.

Did he get his Criminal Justice degree from a Crackerjack box?

His best plan at this point is to quietly drop the indictment.

I think the defendant is going to push hard for this to go to trial.

What irony...if Meuller's stupidity in indicting ends up having the mistake (Discovery) therein being thrown out. That would be His lucky day.

Dude can kiss the illusion of His brilliant/noble career good bye. Frickin' Laurel and Hardy up there.

This whole sideshow proves one thing: that any American can be indicted for any crime at any time. Think about that before any more power is given to the state in the name of catching bad guys.

Yep.

And the process can bankrupt innocent people just trying to defend themselves
