It was Rand Paul. Not sure if he has changed his mind. He's not a fan of torturing terrorists. I am, though. (and I like Rand)

Rand Paul. Its always Rand Paul. He'll make a stink about not voting to confirm. Someone will have a private meeting with him and all his concerns will be magically addressed.

How is this any different than when Rand exercises his own judgment on other confirmations or votes? Some of which this board openly applauds?

Rand needs to learn to compromise. He seems to always been the republican saying he will vote against it because it’s not good enough.
