This incident happened in 2011....4 years before Trump would announce his candidacy. Trump knew he would need to threaten Stormy Daniels 4 years before.

In this case, the problem rests with the fact that Trump has said he didn't have anything to do with an NDC. If Trump isn't part of the NDC, it has no leg to stand on.
That's why I said he should stay out of it. If it exists, and he acknowledges it, then people wonder why he has one. If it exists and he denies it, then how does he turn around and sue her for breaking it?

I would not be surprised if she's still being paid. This smells of distraction, and specifically the kind of distraction that Trump embraces. I think he wants the MSM to keep this a thing for as long as possible because it turns off viewers and makes the left look like petty imbeciles, all while he's getting stuff done.
