Leadership on the left really doesn't like private property rights, but there's not enough backing to run with it yet. Watch for the push against property rights to grow over the next few years.

Wouldn't it be easier to just go to war with the people who don't believe in America's founding principles, documents, and philosophy? Think about the states that will adopt Marxism/socialism. California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado?, New Mexico, Minnesota, Illinois, Virginia, Massachusetts, Maryland, New York, hell most of the northeast.
When it gets bad, let's just give them the option of moving to one of those fantastic socialist countries and never coming back, or fighting for what they believe in.

Happy as a clam, actually. The leftists won't come to the door, that's part of the problem. Just because they won't look you in the eye and tell you they want to take your liberties, doesn't mean any of those liberties that get in the way of the control they need to implement their agenda aren't on the chopping block.
Implementation only requires lasting indoctrination of the young, and a few sympathetic judges. Folks like you think that you can tell us it isn't happening right up until it does, and then you can smooth everything through. That's because you don't have enough people telling you that what you want means blood. You'll marginalize and attack people like me until the violence starts, and then be shocked and outraged that people are willing to kill and go to war to preserve their liberties, their way of life, and the America that their forefathers fought and died for as well.
It's the left that needs to recognize that they must change, or it's going to get pretty damn bumpy in the next decade or two.

Do you know how much money is currently sitting in retirement accounts? The left has been salivating at a way to get their hands on it (for the common good) without stirring a revolt.
