If you could go anywhere in the world to live to enjoy the outdoors where would it be? Preferably somewhere warm.... I think were gonna enter a mini ice age here in a bit

Chandeleur Islands. Out of cell range is a huge plus.

Well aside from your warm criteria I'd say Alaska. But otherwise, New Zealand or somewhere in the carribean.

Besides the hunting and fishing im looking for fertile soil, warm climate with long growing season. Removing politics and social climate of an area areas of Mexico or Argentina come to mind.

If I could get all of the Californians out of there, Northern California wouldn’t be a bad spot to land. Clearlake, Shasta, Redwoods, etc.

In order to find Shang Gr La, you need to identify the activities you most want to engage in. I’ve been lucky to hunt most of the midwestern states west of the MS River and a few of the further western states. They all have something great to offer.

What is more important, hunting or fishing?
What type of hunting? Big game, waterfowl, upland birds, etc?
What type of fishing? Cold water, warm water, salt?
How to you handle cold weather and remote living?

But if I was to pick an all a rounder, my selection would be somewhere in southern Idaho or SW Montana.
