He gets out of his cell 1 hour a day now. He's treated like the unibomber and others in this manner. It's the way it is at this point. He has done too much to get any different treatment.

Put a dimmer on his lights. Turn it down just a hair every week. Deny it's getting dimmer. Make him think he's going blind.

So kill him.
If prison is for punishment and rehabilitation, what the hell does locking this guy up like this do? I highly doubt he'll EVER be released so rehabilitation isn't a part of it. There's only so much punishment you can give a person before it just doesn't have any effect.
It serves no purpose IMO. Just kill him and get on with it.

If I knew my fate was spend the rest of my time on earth in a cell in complete isolation, I wouldn't hesitate to end it.
