CBS slobbering all over Tiger during the Masters is going to be unbearable this year

Don't worry, he won't be playing on the weekend.

The Masters is fun to watch either way but I think you have to be naive to not think golf is a hell of a lot of fun with Tiger playing well.

It will be the most watched Masters in years. Your stupid logic is no one cares about Tiger or am I missing something?

i cant wait for this place to melt when he wins

This thread is bad... admit It, you tuned in to the final round of the Valspar didn't you???

Last year was the lowest rated Masters in 13 years. CBS would be beyond dumb not to show as much Tiger as humanly possible.

Golf dweebs getting tight pants over contrived reverence in a golf game.
We know, the Masters is like super special so that’s obviously why it’s necessary to incessantly remind us. So important in fact that ratings will be twice what they normally will be if this one particular guy happens to play

I personally don't give a shite if he wins, but why is everyone so mesmerized by CURRENT Tiger?

Tiger moves the needle, period. If I were a shareholder of CBS, I would sue them if they didn't put tiger on TV every three seconds during the Masters.

Why shouldn't they,, he's a f'in ratings monster.
When he's healthy, even if not great, the people and viewers will come. He's had that power before, and is doing it again.
Dont like or dislike the guy, but the facts are, w/o him no one gives a frick about golf. When he plays, people will turn the channel of their favorite sports to get a glimpse and watch.

He will make top 15 today.
Top 5 if he's on fire.
Not winning today.
Just showing up for masters will be good for him. Pain free.
They can slobber all they want.
I take the masters "field" of just the guys who are ahead of him right now and Phil.

Suggestion: watch TV muted, and pick which group to follow online with another device.

The Masters is 10000000000000000000000x more fun with Tiger in the field and playing competitively.
He's won the green jacket 4 times. He knows that course as well as anyone and it is a pleasure to watch him play it.

I know right? Hopefully we get full coverage of Bryson DeChambeau and Brandt Snedeker as they also chase Sam Snead's all time wins record. You should be in television programming seeing how you have your finger on the pulse of what people really want to see.
