I don’t give a shite about any adult smoking weed, but it’s not smart to be a cat with a ledger and large cash.

Maybe in time, like with civil rights, the people will overcome, but it ain’t here yet, so don’t set yourself up to get lynched by Jeff Sessions and his ilk for weed.

Weed is the most addictive plant on the planet besides Tobacco. I like the idea of legalization but the health risks are just too grave.

You ever heard of a "high on weed driver"? I haven't, but I have heard of many accidents involving a drunk driver.

Weed isn't physically addictive like tobacco. If you want to argue that people are addicted to it emotionally to handle their problems, I can entertain that.

Emotions are just the product of the body. Everything in life is physiological, don't be a child.

On a serious note I wonder how many athletes turn to being a drug dealer after the NBA/NFL/MLB/whatever money starts to dry up. It’s gotta be tempting for a bunch of dudes who were probably living that life at one point to just buy $100,000 worth of drugs and flip it when most of them don’t have degrees and haven’t ever done anything for a living that gives them usable skills in other fields.

Don't be a child? What does that even mean in a conversation about addiction? Tobacco users have physical symptoms and go through withdrawal when they don't smoke or dip. Weed smokers won't go through withdrawal if they don't smoke weed.

It means that just because you like it, doesn't mean it's not addictive. The number 1 rule about drug use and life in general is if it give you pleasure, it's bad for you. End of story.

So, you're assuming that I'm a weed smoker. I've done it, but not with any regularity and never particularly liked it at all. I have however suffered with substance abuse almost my entire adult life and I can tell you that comparing weed and tobacco as far as how addictive they are is apples and oranges.
