So does weed, dummy.

Why the hell did he consent to let them search his room?

Maybe in time, like with civil rights, the people will overcome, but it ain’t here yet, so don’t set yourself up to get lynched by Jeff Sessions and his ilk for weed

Holy cow, there are some stupid mother humpers! Civil rights? The laws being violated here, are laws we, as a people, have agreed upon. You might not like them - they may, indeed, be stupid - but they are OUR laws. If being confined by them is a violation of civil rights then our civil rights are being violated by every law - including the ones proscribing murder.

Sad thing is, of that 33 million he at best had about 10 mil after taxes, agents and support team and living expenses. More likely around 5 mil

Whoa, Jethro! Generally I’m the one making that argument, but you went overboard. He probably paid about 45% in taxes after paying $1 million in agents’ fees (it’s not as much as you think) and about $200,000 per year in (extravagent) expenses. If he had an 8 year career that means he had $30 million in taxable income. That yields $16.5 million.

How opulently did he live? He should have lived on $200,000 per year. This would have left about $15 million. That yields an annual income of about $600,000 for the rest of his life.

Probably he is not a little bitch like you. I’m sure he would handle himself fine in prison if he goes, which I doubt.

I feel like the NBA has a pretty awesome pension plan too and their 401ks are a 140% match. Whether he contributed, I don't know

What a shame to a very likable former LSU player.

Here's an article about him making movies?
LINK /

If he's resorting to selling drugs, all his millions are gone. Maybe down to a few hundred thousand and now he's about to spend it all on attorney fees.

It's not hard for these players to blow thru 5-10 million. A 2-3 million dollar house, a few failed business ventures and it will go quick.

I would rather my players smoke weed than drink alcohol. Old people need to realize alcohol wrecks your body

You are dumb if you think weed don't wreck your body as bad as alcohol. The leading cause of death in the WORLD is emphysema (COPD) which is usually from smoking. They both are bad for you and even though weed is all "natural" it still is harmful to your body. Don't let people fool you fool.

It appears that you have had the good fortune of never having served time in the U.S. penal system.
