I like that Trump is willing to replace any problem person, or underperforming employee, immediately.

Past presidents felt the need to keep these cats on staff until re-election time.

Looks like government works best, when run like a business

But at the pace he’s going he will place virtually every key appointment he made. The common denominator - he selected them to begin with and only time will tell if the replacements become a “problem person”

I actually agree with the sentiment of this and I'm glad to see a president with this mindset but I just don't feel like Rex Tillerson was really all that problematic as I think Rex was doing a good enough job.

I think Rex should've stayed on until after the midterms.

But I'm still happy to see Donald Trump setting precedent for future Presidents being that turnover can be a good thing. One of the biggest problems with government is lethargy and complacency and fresh blood being brought in fixes that.
