WTF, I've been retired for 16 years. I travel, I eat a nice restaurants, I drink a lot of beer, I frick beautiful women. What's your problem with us.

You start too many threads for how stupid you are.

You should fix one of these. Starting fewer threads is probably an easier fix.

Sounds like my FIL. But add a shovel, lawnmower, tiller, picnic table, patio and garage floors, cyclone fence, purple martin house pole, etc . . etc . . . etc . . . .

Once retired from a desk job, I did buy a compressor, some air tools, a wire welder, a sand blasting cabinet, and do want to try my hand at painting metal items. I may start with sand blasting some auto motor headers, welding a base on it, placing some LED lights in the exhaust manifold end to form a lamp and then paint it. I have a friend who has an automobile themed man cave. It should look like this one.

Same here. I moved into a townhouse so I would never have to paint, mow grass or do any other outdoor maintenance again.

Sit on the back deck looking over the boat canal with a cold beer, a cigar, Astros on the radio and a hard crossword book. Life is good.
