A pound of makeup and airbrushing and modern fashion/hairdo sometimes makes an older lady look better than a young lady. But undressed, up close, no makeup, that 50 year old woman will disappoint.

I think a lot of you dweebs are underestimating the advancements in makeup for women, especially for rich actresses. Plus many of them would have worn less makeup in their prime compared to post peak.
Now if you find a younger woman who is fat and doesn't wear makeup and then gets skinnier and more conscious of her appearance, then yeah you can find plenty examples of getting hotter as they older, aka got in shape. But fit women do not get hotter as they get older, like their 20-30s vs 40-50s.

This is what happened for me. Way better looking now than I was 10 years ago. But I had a lot of room for improvement.
As you said, hot women don’t really get hotter with age.
