I remember when he was the QB coach at Bama emailing QB recruits links to murder stories in Baton Rouge.
Good times.
Good times.

Is the braintrust now complete?

I like both hires today. This is solid!

O surrounding himself with fast processors not realizing that his presence nevertheless serves as a bottleneck.

Feel like we're a research lab more than a football team.

Aranda's going to have some good pieces in house when O gets the boot.

He's creating a pile of bodies so he can assign the blame in all kinds of directions.

Yep it's like have a server with 32 processor cores but only allocating it 1GB of RAM.

I can't help but mention SE was on staff for years but he was the man we needed all along, Yet we bring in all these guys on offense to "help him out"

I have to give O credit - the shadow staff is looking better with each hire, although we don't have a Briles or Freeze - I think he would have gotten Hugh if it would have gotten past his bosses.
Nussmeier would be a legitimate choice if Ensminger only wants to go at this a full year at the helm OR if Sully retires after next year.

Dear God - did O even watch Florida's offense the last 2 years ?

I'll be happy for the program when the program and fans get true leadership from the top down.

How big is Bama's shadow staff?

You really wanna compare ours with theirs?

I would imagine Sully is a stop-gap guy like Jenkins was. Excellent technical coach, but not a long term solution.
