What people call “diversity” today is nothing of the sort. A bunch of people with different colors all with the exact same (leftist) beliefs and attitudes isn’t diversity at all. It’s acually homogeneity.

It's a weakness. Diversity is difference. Difference has to be overcome. That's not to say I don't enjoy "diversity" as I define it.

Now in an era where Progressives have repudiated The Melting Pot in favor of The Battle of The Tribes it's even more of something that has to be overcome.

Diversity for the sake of diversity is not a strength. It is a deviation from optimal.

Picking with equal criteria from the largest population gets you the best group of people. Picking the best from several subsets is not optimal, simple as that.
