The law would be that once you put him down and he's no longer a threat you cease to harm him or you face the consequences.

Funny what you remember 20 yrs later. Simon's B-Law class had one chapter on Criminal Law.

This was the most memorable example/lecture from the class.
"Guy punches you and you punch him back and he falls down. No problem. But if you get carried away like a bad arse and kick him in the ribs when he's down. You're in trouble."

I can still see Simon demo'ing his shadow kick to the class.
He was tryin to teach us young punks something about the real life law.

How many people are completely innocent when it comes to being charged with murder?

People, just stop for one second. It this not America were a person is innocent till proving guilty?

I have no bone in this fight. Really know nothing other then this guy is wanted. Till he has his day in court, he is innocent. So, stop for one second pissing on our rights.

Cameron Poe served 8 years in Con Air. So I don't see any way this guy serves less than an American hero.

He's not processed yet. still showing bonded out on 1/6/2018

I'll sign up for Victims notifications. But god dammit I'm sick of getting Matt Morris and Chris Landry(the murder of the hot handjob giver) notifications every time they have a court appearance.

Slight derail. What kind of charges would you have to be facing to decide to live life on the run.

I imagine an attorney advised him by now and I personally would not run if I had a good shot at 10yrs or less at my age.
At his age I would have set the bar at <=20 yrs.

Any jail time whatsoever and I would be GONE.

I'd spend the rest of my life in south america. I pick up languages fairly quickly and tan pretty well.

I'd be a fat fart in the wind

No one is going to do that if they are facing three years in a federal camp.

That’s court of law, not public opinion. All we have is the word of 3-4 people saying he was a good guy. Maybe he was to them, maybe he is innocent. But going off of what we have, it’s hard to see right now
